Alejandra Santos the founder and visionary behind Into The Next brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping businesses achieve their full potential. With over 17 years in the industry, Santos has a proven track record of driving financial and operational excellence across various sectors, including CPG, technology, e-commerce, and professional services. Her extensive background in CFO consulting, strategic planning, and operational efficiency has equipped her with the insights and expertise needed to address the unique challenges faced by growing businesses. She holds an MBA from Pepperdine and a BS Finance from George Mason University. A CEPA degree from Exit Planning Institute.

Carla Garcia
Marketing & Partnerships Assistant
Carla Garcés is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in board governance and nonprofit leadership. She has worked with Zamarona University, where she led fundraising strategies and initiatives to support growth and sustainability. Carla brings a wealth of expertise in cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships, and she leverages this background to help expand Into the Next by building strong networks and driving mission-aligned opportunities. Alexi Yannas is a seasoned finance leader with 15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, private equity, and M&A across SaaS, FinTech, and CPG/MedTech. He has served as Head of Finance for PE-backed and listed firms, including SoftWorks AI, IAS, Lexington Medical, BlackRock, and PIMCO.
